Anti-inflammatory Smoothie
Do you suffer from chronic pain? Joint pain? Or just overall stiffness in your body during the winter months? Try this anti-inflammatory smoothie! It is incredibly delicious and it will help to reduce inflammation and alleviate pain.
Ingredients:
4 organic medjool dates
1 tbsp fresh ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp tumeric
5 organic bananas
Directions:
You’ll need a high-power blender (like a Vitamix) otherwise, you’ll need to add more water.
Start by adding half a cup of water to the blender
next add 4 pitted organic medjool dates
Blend until smooth
Next add in a tablespoon of fresh organic ginger, 1 TSP of cinnamon and 1/2 TSP of turmeric
Finally add 4-5 organic, ripe (spotty) bananas and blend until smooth!
